One Delisle | Pre-Construction Opportunity

Yonge & St. Clair will soon be home to One Delisle – the first residential building in Canada designed by visionary architect, Jeanne Gang, Founder and Principal of Studio Gang.

One Delisle is part of Slate Developments continued investment in the Yonge and St. Clair neighbourhood – where retail, office, nature and residential coincide.

Featuring a rhythmic exterior and panoramic views, One Delisle will rise from a rectangular retail podium and transform into a 16-sided circular tower composed of outdoor spaces and an angled form that provides shading from the elements.

One Delisle Condos will help invigorate the neighbourhood with 1,558 square metres of commercial space And, with a two-storey podium that will retain an existing 1929 art deco facade, likely to be occupied by exciting retail outlets and upmarket eateries. This 48-storey-high condominium tower will contain a total of 263 living units that will consist of 42 one-bedroom units, 54 one-bedroom + den units, 141 two-bedroom units, and 26 three-bedroom units.

The building will host 1,372 square metres of indoor amenities that will include a pet wash on the ground floor and 532 square metres of outdoor amenities found on the second floor.

A four-level underground garage will contain vehicular parking space for 108 residents and 9 visitors, 24 of which will feature electric vehicle charging facilities. As well, the condo will provide 317 bicycle parking space for residents and 11 for retail.

Besides the ground-level retail space, this development looks to offer several improvements that can be enjoyed by the community at large.

Set to be expanded by 50 percent, the adjoining Delisle Street Parkette will be redesigned by landscaping architectural firm Janet Rosenberg + Studio; as well, this development will create a new pedestrian passageway through the block and introduce a public art installation to the site.

And yet, for all the hype that has surrounded this project since it debuted in the summer of 2018, we should expect nothing less from the preeminent award-winning architectural firm responsible for this development, Studio Gang.
